Good pic of the US Open champions! About Raducanu, I think it's just too early for her to win such a big title. It feels wrong to me. She's just 2 months on the WTA tour, even Martina needed 2 years until she won her first title! Players like Sabalenka, Bencic, Pliskova or Sakkari would have deserved the title more. But well, that's just my personal view.

Sports has nothing to do with deserve. It's about winning. Emma won 8 matches, 3 more than most others played. Any of the players that you mention had a chance to win and they did not. Emma had the same chance and won the title. So apparently it was not "too early". End of story!
