Note: a few hours after i setup the new Forums ,already 2 Spammers have used the Board to place Advertisement.

To Limit this, newly registered users can now post ,but their post won't be visible until a moderator has them approved.

If you are a long time member here, this only applies until one of the Moderator has identified you and added you to the right User group.
