Colorado is opening up with some restrictions. The pilates studio that I attend opened back up. I had 2 sessions last week! So I'm happy!

Have you noticed any significant differences taking PIlates ?

Huge differences 13 years in. Core strength & flexibility increases and body drape changes. For instance instance before pilates my chest was sort of compact, now I'm barrel chested!

ATP and WTA extended suspension of tournaments until end of July

Sad news, but expected with the current situation. Probably they will cancel the US Open too. I don't think we will see any tennis tournaments before October at the earliest.

I watched World Team Tennis a couple of days ago! Became a fan watching Martina when she was the league MVP! I love the format.

Sofia Kenin won both the Singles and Doubles match. I haven't seen her much previously. She's a really good player!

Sofia is awesome! Just rock solid foundational tennis and zero brain fades. The way she handled Barty and Muguruza in the last two matches of the Australian Open was impressive
